Today, I drank the glucose and had blood drawn for my hour glucose test for gestational diabetes. Something happened this time around after drinking the 50mL of glucose...fatigue. About 20 minutes after drinking it, I felt such extreme fatigue I almost didn't feel safe driving us to the lab. The blood draw was quick and easy. When we got back home, we had lunch, I put Carter down at 1 and I quickly fell asleep until 3. Carter didn't sleep at all during that time, but I HAD to close my eyes. The rest of the day I just felt kind of off.
Hopefully everything comes back normal from the test.
