Tuesday, December 21st, was our first appointment with my doctor and our first ultrasound. The ultrasound was fantastic! First, there was only one heartbeat (thank heavens!) and the baby was moving and kicking and being a little acrobat inside. Scott was able to take a video of the ultrasound. It's fun to have and be able to look back on.
Second, baby is measuring bigger than what I thought. I thought I was 10w3d at my visit, but baby measured 11w4d, so my due date was moved to July 8th from the 16th. It could be fun to have two babies both born on holidays. I thought it was really something how this baby's first u/s, she actually looked like a human baby instead of a blob like Carter did at 8 weeks. It was so cool to see!
